GRANT NICHOLSON | MANAGING DIRECTOR

Grant Nicholson is a qualified builder with a proven track record of delivering major construction undertakings on time and to budget in the most challenging environments. His core strength is in people and project management with an ability to enable and see his team of diversified skills excel. He is highly accomplished and adaptable to challenging situations having undertaken contracts in a wide variety of inspirational structures where dexterity and ingenuity is essential. Amongst his accomplishments he includes residential and commercial construction, demolition projects and technical civil works. He has an innate ability to manage critical path timelines while always being cognisant of a project’s commercial parameters. He is ACAC’s founder and Managing Director.

NEALE RYAN | CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Neale Ryan is a qualified carpenter & joiner; he has a career in residential construction and management spanning over 20 years. He is an analytical, hands-on, driven manager who is well able to lead and manage multiple, often diverging tasks simultaneously. He is committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Work Health and Safety. Meticulous as to service delivery and in ensuring the project plan is followed and maintained, with a passion for excellence and eye for detail, he is the epitome of all that is being an outstanding Construction Manager.

ROB FRASER | OPERATIONS MANAGER

Rob Fraser is a qualified Architectural designer and Project Manager with over 35 years’ experience in delivering successful projects across all areas of construction throughout the world. Rob is a motivated and skilled professional with an ability to work at both the macro and micro level to ensure that not only a portfolio of projects can be delivered on time and on budget but that the smallest detail is well considered and executed. Rob’s focus on the systems, processes and programming required to ensure the successful delivery of projects of all sizes makes him the ideal driving force as Operations Manager for ACAC.
